Earn money for your group while having fun!

The Whalers have 3 options to choose from:

 

Ticket Fundraiser

A great option for groups to raise money is the Whalers fundraiser program. Many area schools and local organizations are currently using this opportunity for their fundraising needs.

The program is very easy to manage!


How it works:

  • Come to the box office and we give you X amount of tickets for any individual game to sell.
  • You choose how many tickets you want (you can always pick up more). There is no money down.
  • You sell the tickets for face value ($11) and 1 week before the game, return any unsold tickets and all the money for the tickets you did sell.
  • You keep $4 for every ticket sold.
  • You must sell a minimum number of 50 tickets to qualify for a fundraiser.

The Plymouth Whalers have created a very special opportunity at home games to highlight and recognize our local choir and music programs and their talented students. During opening ceremonies, our featured musical guests are invited on the ice to perform the American and Canadian National Anthems

in front of a crowd of thousands of Whalers fans.

You must sell a minimum of 50 tickets at $9 each to participate in the Anthem Program.

Our Anthem Program can be customized! Use the performance to reward students or as a team building event or consider the fundraising potential for your church or school program if you take advantage of our ticket fundraiser program:

Hines Park Lincoln Mercury

50/50 Raffle

Want a great way to raise money for your group or organization? Participate in the Hines Park Lincoln Mercury 50/50 and go home with half the money you raise! Make sure your group knows the requirements for the 50/50 raffle.

Chuck-A-Puck Challenge

The Chuck-A-Puck Challenge is a fundraiser that can send you home with a bundle of cash. Sell pucks during the game for fans to throw onto the ice during the second intermission and take home the entire pot.

The fan that is closest to the center target will win prizes from the Plymouth Whalers.

Make sure your group knows the requirements for chuck-a-puck.

50/50 and Chuck-A-Puck Requirements

  • Must purchase at least 35 tickets with an exact count 2 weeks prior to the game date to participate in either the 50/50 raffle or Chuck-A-Puck
  • $9 per ticket
  • Groups are also required to pay the parking price at the parking lot
  • For Tax/Lottery purposes a TAX EXEMPT FORM ID # is required
  • Groups should wear identifiable apparel (jerseys, shirts) so customers know what organization they are supporting
  • Groups are responsible for bringing their own money to make change
  • For 50/50 raffle only:
    • Groups are also responsible for purchasing the 50/50 raffle tickets (double-row office depot)
    • A banner, poster, or some sort of identification can be displayed over the 50/50 table
    • Groups are responsible for bringing collection jars, coffee containers, and/or milk jugs for tickets and money collection
  • The prices will be set by the PLYMOUTH WHALERS and are sold at:
    • 50/50: 1 ticket for $1, 6 tickets for $5, arm length for $10 (at least 12 tickets)
    • Chuck-A-Puck: 1 puck for $1, 6 pucks for $5
  • We recommend that some representatives from your group be at the rink when the doors open, which is 1 hour prior to the game
  • Please check in with a Whalers representative at either the 50/50 table or chuck-a-puck gazebo when you arrive
